As a "cattle not pets" sysadmin I joined a team that firmly informed me that the servers had quirky monster names. So I grabbed names from the Monster Manual, randomized it and went on my way. "Why'd you name it that?" "Next on the list." "What even is it?" "It runs your code."

The plex server is on bandersnatch. Wintermute is the Home Assistant server. Straylight is my desktop.
