I like vidja games and hate fascists. I am shy about neither. I also enjoy watching birds to distract me from the quickening fascist takeover.

All these comments are the lilywhite northeast libs saying “this isn’t who we are as a country” in spite of the entire history of this country screaming the opposite. Andy Ogles has existed here for 400 years, he’s not the outlier, they just believed propaganda that made them feel better.

The idea that America isn’t for everyone who wants to be an American is something that makes my blood boil. Posting a photo of yourself as a Congressman smiling next to these words is wicked. It’s antithetical to the concept of America.

this stuff has really broken me. it's simply astounding that so many people who have been allowed to amass unimaginable wealth are so droolingly stupid, so unmoored from and in fact hostile to any sense of community or social responsibility, and oh by the way they love to constantly rape children

So all of the people in charge are incompetent pedophiles and the Democratic leadership’s solution to their violently moronic private army is to make some rules they won’t follow?

Democrats want commonsense reform for ICE: End the roving patrols and racial profiling. Take accountability and abide by the same rules as local police. Masks need to come off, body cameras need to stay on—no secret police in the United States of America.

How long until Cuomo shows up on the Sunday talk shows next to Rahm Emanuel or Chris Christie to discuss the evils of universal healthcare? I hate Cuomo but I know we’re just not there as a society to force him to leave public life permanently.

Reporter: Did you get an MRI? Trump: I did. I got an MRI. It was perfect. Yeah…  nobody has given you reports like I have given you. The doctors said some of the best reports they have ever seen.

This Platner thing is unbelievably stupid. @katmabu.bsky.social has done more atonement for the far less serious crime of “being an annoying conservative” and she’s 26. This dude was 35 and in a christofascist mercenary outfit. That’s 6 years ago! Just take a lump and move on to a better candidate.

Why? When was our actual last gameplay breakthrough? I’m not even sure any genre has seen major improvement in 15 years. Mario Galaxy 1/2 just got re-released and those still feel good, because no one has made any big improvements to platformers.

Do not be bullied, cowed, or shamed by bad-faith right-wing actors and MAGA that are blaming "liberals" and everyone who isn't MAGA for Charlie Kirk. Call them out for their hypocrisy. Go on offense. They are fine with political violence and mass shootings when it's against the rest of us.

I’m told this can’t win because it’s unpopular so the smart play is for Democrats to suck up to conservatives in order to win the votes of 9 bigots who don’t like spray tan.

BREAKING: 36k people showed up in LA for Bernie and AOC’s rally. In the off year. Americans are pissed — and anyone ignoring that is making a big mistake.

He knows what he’s saying, it was a sieg heil, sending that dude to a work camp wasn’t “a mistake” and the war crime they admit to is worse than where they admitted it.

Jesus Christ can’t you people just let millennials express some entirely deserved outrage and anger over getting hit with yet another major financial crisis without parachuting in to finger wag at us about it

People don’t buy American cars because they suck. If they cost $10K less than a Toyota but still suck people will just drive their Toyotas longer. There is no affordable, current, American car that is good.

So not only am I getting a complete assault on my moral sensibilities, getting fucked by the eventual dissolution of Social Security and the Dept of Ed. I’m also going to end up paying more for the stuff that helps me forget about all that shit for a few minutes a day.

All this talk about Hegseth & co seems kinda masturbatory. It was dumb, illegal & intentional, so what are the consequences? My guess is none. All that crap about checks & balances I learned about in school seems to be bullshit if you can’t hold a bunch of cruel idiots accountable for anything.

Not say nothing can be done about anything but even the framing is weird, hyper focused on normal comms and not the fact that they admit to leveling an apartment building to kill 1 guy (maybe?). But this situation’s consequences seem dependent on people who are openly refusing to do their jobs.

This is the Age of the Grift. If you’re a grifter you know for a fact there’s at least 77m people who you can fleece with low effort scams. Then when you get into the other side you have another tens of millions. 5.3m bought a 2.5 ton luxury sedan because someone said it was good for the environment

The Democrats are what happens when you go to the absolute hilt for non-violence and buy that literally everything is violence. They just do nothing and the flip between writing about wokeness run amok and fanfic about how we’re days away from the opposition collapsing under its own greed.

Not sure why I should keep paying taxes. No infrastructure, nothing keeping wealthy peeps in check, nothing to help the needy. It’s just a big transfer taking my money and turning it into wealth for people who already have too much.

It is perfectly legal to know your rights and to educate others about them, too. EVERYONE in the United States, citizen or not, has rights. I will not allow this administration to intimidate us from helping you know about them. Here’s our shareable guide ⬇️: (pt. 1/2)

"It is very clear that, if there is a middle of all of this hot mess of division, Americans want us to work together when we can and find common ground," Sen. Amy Klobuchar tells the Opinion writer Michelle Cottle.
