I was born left-handed in a culture that saw that as a problem that needed to be corrected. My parents didn't force me to, but I know of several peers and those older than me who were forced to become right-handed. The fact that no one cares about it now is a good thing!

I like that it's now normal to be an introvert and say no to social occasions. Ofc that could also be a result of having moved from Turkey to the US. Either way, I like not being forced into social situations as often. So many weddings I had to hide under the table.

The macOS built-in curl, git, pip, python3, perl, ruby, and openssl all read /etc/ssl/cert.pem, which still has the emSign root, but they don't check revocation like Apple's Secure Transport libraries. This is, uh, a problem. git and pip especially. I added a short-term workaround to this page.
