but it will inspire others to, & that absolutely can. Every time you do the right thing in your life, you have a chance to start a cascade that will lead us all down a brighter path. You may not even know you've done it - in fact it's likely you won't! But it's still important, even w/o a crowd.

100%. For those unfamiliar, Van Halen had a line in their rider that essentially said “no brown M&Ms.” It was a way to see if the promoter had actually read the contract. They had a shitload of gear to tour with, so if they’re skipping one thing, it’s guaranteed they’re skipping something essential.

I wish cons would take better care of the artist alley folks. In my experience, no early access to rooms and no lunch breaks. Dealers den gets access to rooms and lunch time, maybe more benefits. It’s unfair IMO. The AA is small but we’re still part of the convention and should be treated as such
