The musk documentary is not doing great in theaters because musk is not an interesting person. He is an important person because he is a rich many-billionaire and spends his money against humanity. But he is not interesting. He is the opposite: musk is boring.

To expand on my point about these “markets” I’m not getting into the issues w corruption or damaging impacts of gambling. Their supporters in the political space habitually argue they are superior to polls in their predictive ability. In the simplest sense they’re just not. But to the extent they …

Something that's not being said. The REASON why Blanche and Bill Essayli are so defiantly violating the Constitution is bc John Roberts said they can't be prosecuted so long as they're following Trump's illegal orders. Blanche's criminality arises DIRECTLY out of Trump v. US.

If still debating whether Donald Trump or Elon Musk willfully crippled Ukraine's missile defense, helping to slay innocent civilians, you are a rube. If the U.S. President had no role, then an oligarch governs national security. If not, the U.S. President serves Russia. Both answers are mortifying.

Brazil going the way of South Korea. Basically around the world women are desperately trying to keep power out of the hands of incredibly stupid fascistic grifters while men keep trying to hand it over. Men are an embarrassing cringe gender.

After massive criticism Starlink and Starshield have been fully restored in Ukraine. This was due to the great efforts by the people of the USA, in Europe and elsewhere who wouldn’t allow this deeply inhumane and wrong decision to go unanswered. Good job!

NEW AD: Have you seen these anti-Talarico attack ads? Elon Musk paid for nearly all of them. The world's first trillionaire knows if he drags the most corrupt politician in Texas across the finish line, Ken Paxton will owe him everything. Elon Musk: Texas is not for sale.

The joy of trick or treating comes from the act of extorting candy from neighbours under threats of bodily harm and property damage. Joy is not from the candy itself. You can buy candy anywhere. You can get candy from parades and strange men in white, windowless vans. Trunk or treating sucks.

Companies will face a problem of lack of sr. devs because nobody is hiring jr. devs who will eventually become sr. devs, and I guess they are all hoping that the chatbots will graduate into sr. devs at some point?

Virtue signalling is good, akshully. As long as it is signalling actual virtuous action and thinking. That caveat must stand. But that is not what anti-virtue-signalling people complain about. They are complaining about public acknowledgements of virtue as virtue, at all.

The danger was never that the tool remembers for us; it's that we stop being the sort of people who need to.

Just been such a revolution in my worldview to realise that people like Musk actually believe this, this isn't just the nonsense they feed the rubes so they can do coldly rational mercantile calculations in smokey rooms among themselves. No. It's rubes all the way down, they're that stupid.
