a website appeared, purporting to expose a conspiracy meant to take down the brothers. It featured photographs of women who had accused the men of rape… The brothers also arranged for payments to influencers and podcasters who made sympathetic social media posts about the case.

🚨BREAKING: In a blow to the DOJ, the 9th Circuit rejected its request to bypass a lower court to bar California from counting around 20k ballots from people it alleges are "likely" noncitizens. The ruling comes the night before the parties are scheduled to have a hearing before a lower court.
