I'm going to run for president on a campaign of making spam texts the only offense to get capital punishment The GOP will not stop blowing up my phone to warn me about the EVIL LEFTISTS/SOCIALISTS/COMMUNISTS and it only makes me hate them more

I know I’m late to this discourse, but assuming the Tesla Roadster is sold as demonstrated I hope the first person to hit the kickflip button lands on the roof and we get to see the most ridiculous product liability lawsuit in history.

Part of getting an adult autism diagnosis and putting together the pieces as to WHY it explains so much about me is having moments like this: it's 10:30 PM on a day off work, and I'm in bed with a drink and a book of Gustav Stickley works and realizing that his style is perfect for me.

It really explains why I always loved visiting the Riordan Mansion in Flagstaff, too. This house perfectly embodies the A&C style, IMO. I swooned the first time my love took me there 14ish years ago, and I swooned again when we visited two weeks ago ❤️

I just hit 200k miles in my car a couple of weeks ago. Today, I have the cover off to adjust the valves, but I'm proud to say that it looks so damn clean because of regular oil changes. This car has given me 154k miles so far, and here's hoping we can make it to 300k 🤞

Post vacation depression sure didn't take long to hit. The idea that I will not be able to wake up tomorrow and see a mountain quietly watching over me, and following as I go about town, is enough to make me cry. Texas really is the ugliest state in so many ways.

We were out exploring backroads for shits and giggles and accidentally drove right up on a herd of about thirty elk! I don't have pictures or videos because I was absolutely entranced by the sight and listening to them grunt, bleat, and bugle at each other. I definitely won't forget that soon.

Being back out here in Flagstaff is making me consider some crazy things to try to make it possible to live out here again. This town has its issues, but I wouldn't be living in a finance bro and war machine hellhole where the air hurts to breath 🤷‍♂️

Fifteen years ago, in a fit of boredom, I made a silly little label for an e-brake valve in Grand Canyon Railway's venerable GP7. I was stuck babysitting a work train in the middle of nowhere while everyone else went into town for lunch. Yesterday I received confirmation that it's still there!

We've been in Flagstaff for about an hour. I keep catching peeks of the peaks in between trees, buildings, around curves... gods, I have missed it. Living in north Texas has really made me appreciate what I used to see every day, and what flat, concrete garbage I see now.

HaJ3FgupAm8RrDJW3MHgT9X7Ft27eVaD What is that? That's a hard-coded API token that Flock cameras use to identify themselves and get OAuth credentials, which can then be used to talk to Flock's production servers. Like, anyone on the internet can probably do this right now.
