Overrated: 2001 A Space Odyssey Underrated: Kill!

Just went through yesterday’s mail, and it was all civic duty stuff: my election ballot, and a jury summons. So I’ve got jury duty. The Monday and Tuesday right before Thanksgiving… which all but guarantees that if I get seated it’ll last into the next week. What fun.

This is a masterclass in effective communication while also not being afraid to point out bigotry for what it is. We should be so lucky to have someone like this in our government.

Anyway, as soccer matches go, that was like watching the Washington Generals playing hockey against the Keystone Cops. #RCTID

Holy crap. The Rapids players are some of the rudest I’ve ever seen here at Providence Park. They refuse to even move for the players’ kids and the post game team presentation in front of the supporters. Actually fighting and refusing to move.

There was almost another fight after the match! Colorado was running sprints in the east side of the pitch, and got pissy when asked to move. *Timber Joey* looked close to throwing hands…
