A very good ritual, I have already made my first "tour" of 40 questions. I am looking for a word to replace “hate” in question #23 and I have added two more questions: 41. What was the best exhibition you visited? 42. Is there anyone who felt disappointed by something you said or did?

every year when I look at that question I think "hate" is such a strong word, and I cannot think of anyone I truly hate — but I like reminding myself of this fact ...nevertheless I do end up thinking of one or two people who deeply disappointed me, and it's a good exploration of those feelings 🙃

These are great! How long do you usually spend answering them and do you do it in one go or keep coming back to them?

Usually it takes about three or four hours spread out over the course of two weeks. I've gotten much better about journaling and progressive summarization throughout the year which makes the process easier especially for the more factual questions.
