A very good ritual, I have already made my first "tour" of 40 questions. I am looking for a word to replace “hate” in question #23 and I have added two more questions: 41. What was the best exhibition you visited? 42. Is there anyone who felt disappointed by something you said or did?

every year when I look at that question I think "hate" is such a strong word, and I cannot think of anyone I truly hate — but I like reminding myself of this fact ...nevertheless I do end up thinking of one or two people who deeply disappointed me, and it's a good exploration of those feelings 🙃

Yes, I agree. I was also pleased to realize once again that “hate” is not a word for me. In the end I settled for “disappoint”, and I thought it's a good thing to think about it the other way around as well (whoever may hate me or whoever I may have disappointed).
