will someone tell these preening fucksticks that learning to whip up a quick linguine or thai green curry takes *far less time* and (unlike whatever the FUCK this is) actually will get you some sweet sweet poontang?

Calling a basic food staple across many cultures a hot new food trend when white boys eat it is as ignorant as Gwenyth Paltrow taking credit for yoga's popularity, which once upon a time you were capable of spotting.

This isn't a new Gen Z trend. "Rice + meat + fixins" has been a staple of 20-somethings diets for ages. When I was in college I did rice, chicken thighs (cheaper than breasts), kidney/pinto beans, throw it in a bowl with shredded cheese and hummus or salsa and dip chips in it.

One element I will acknowledge is new: I never needed my "rice + meat + fixins" bowls to affirm my masculinity by referring to it as "boy kibble" or "protein maxxxing" because I can just know I'm a man without talking about it all the damn time. That part is a Gen Z trend.

New Yorks hottest club is "Boy Kibble". It has everything: a Bea Arthur themed laser light show, piñatas that look like Toyota Camrys with menstral cramps, and a colony of wild teacup pigs that each have a piece of a map tattooed on their belly that leads to the lost treasure of Sir Francis Drake.

Ground beef with rice is as old as the hills. Basically Picadillo without the peppers/veggies, tomato sauce, & seasoning (although I'm pretty sure Gen Z guys aren't seasoning anything anyway).

Look, I can't deny I've wished there was such a thing. But the whole point of kibble is that it's nutritionally complete, and beef with rice is not.

The important part, is to make sure these three weirdos don't know each other (just two would be enough). In this case, you could say "according to two reliable and independent sources.."

I was at a Japanese place a week or so ago. Someone ordered a teriyaki chicken but said no vegetables. Unless you are legit allergic to the stuff (it was broccoli, cabbage and carrots), eat the damn vegetables. Drown it in yum yum sauce.

I think a lot of them think it NEEDS to be virtually flavorless? Salt and oil I get. Oil is obv very calorie dense. Too much salt is bad etc. But surely dried herbs won't hurt? Yet I think they kinda think they do? Morally. It's SUPPOSED to be sad and puritanical or it won't work.

These people are morons. You can eat peas and rice and get the same amount of protein and fewer calories. And skip the negative effects of red meat.
