Probably had precancerous lesion on his neck. Treated with a topical ointment that “fries the skin and lesion”. After it clears up- there is new skin and lesion is gone.

Tons of people get shingles (or just fucking regular dermatitis) and it doesn't mean they're weak or dying or whatever. There's no shame in it. But God's Own Special Little Boy can never be brought down by anything other than bone spurs, so here we are.

It could be a pre-cancerous growth treated with Efudex (fluorouracil). I've had that on my scalp. It causes the treated area to "bloom" for several weeks as it kills the growth, progresses to blisters, and then subsides. It's no fun. If that's what it is, unfortunately he will survive.

fungus is eating him alive because he's nothing but moist skin folds, and everyone always says he smells like shit so he probably doesn't wash properly, being that he's an uneducated pig with a brain made of 80s TV

Anyone ask a follow up? "Preventative skin treatments" aren't supposed to CAUSE rashes. It actually looks like the dry cleaner used too much starch in his collars and/or he needs to get wider collared shirts. I've had a similar rash from the rubbing.
