From the time he entered the primary in 2016 (2015?), the press has been an indispensable partner in his garnering of attention. ALL of this could have been avoided if the press had acknowledged from jump that he was a boorisly rude know-nothing and ignored him in favor of serious candidates.

To be fair, she didn't back down. She held her ground against his lies. And he couldn't handle it, so we saw his truest colors. There is no possible "good" interview with this guy. It is indeed a waste of time interviewing him, but that's her editor / producer to blame.
