TRUMP THREATENS THE FED: Trump just told the Fed in a post that he will stop trading with countries where the U.S. runs a trade deficit unless it lowers interest rates. Meanwhile, there is now a greater likelihood of a Fed rate hike due to inflation fueled by Trump’s tariffs and the Iran war.

When a friend sends you a shocking political claim, resist the reflex to fire back. Try: “Where did this originate?” Then look together. You are teaching a verification habit instead of staging another argument. #DontArgueTranslate

Call it the MITCH Act. If a U.S. Senator can disappear from the job for months and still collect a full paycheck, working Americans shouldn’t have to choose between getting well, caring for family, and paying the bills. Paid leave for ALL. 🇺🇸 #USDemocracy #RisingBlue

The rightwing is mad at Fauci bc he messed up their stock trades, trying to profit on COVID and their position. Fauci gave accurate info to the public that hydroxychloroquine wouldn't work (they knew&wanted to push anyway). He cost them millions. They even recently brought this up on Fox/interviews

Huge corporations like Amazon, Walmart, and Uber are among the top employers of SNAP and Medicaid recipients. Meanwhile, their CEOs are raking in multi-million dollar pay packages. How is this not a bigger scandal?

People can’t really think a Harris/Waltz administration would’ve allowed a non elected person to hack into the social security database and steal our information under the false notion of cutting federal spending … right?

Gee if only Comgress would dontheir jobs and not commit dereliction of duty - this should be criminal by them I am so angry

Russell Vought should be impeached The two-time director of the Office of Management and Budget has been two-timing Congress, making spending cuts that lawmakers rejected.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Lindsey Graham died from aorta rupture stemming from hardening of arteries: preliminary finding from medical examiner.

Waiting for them to make an AI agent of a deceased politician and then they argue it simultaneously can hold office bc it is a copy of the formerly living elected official, while also saying no laws apply to it because it isn't a human

05/31/26 PM You can put me on mute & block me. I don't care. I'll not stop! There're NO Civil Rights in Trump & Kimberly Richey’s Deranged America! I'll repeat this Every Day until Reality Sinks In. No children's rights, women's rights, disability rights, minority rights! 150 yrs gone! Get Louder!

Gotta love lawmakers pretending they don't know how to regulate data centers when they've been gleefully hamstringing nuclear energy for decades. Btw the most expensive part of building nuclear is the regulation part. And it's the only energy option that will get us to carbon neutral quickly

Grim irony reading the new bot push to force every country w ebola to be completely sealed & medical aid withdrawn as a response against the tent burnings... You literally sound as educated ab public health as the tent burners when you say this. You can't seal a whole country or let ebola take hold

Kinda funny that nuclear power gets miles of red tape and political pushback but the massive massive data centers have the legal red tape of a kid's lemonade stand with lawmakers trying to get them in their districts and even having outbursts on people who vote against them

And I'm not per se saying nuclear should be less thoughtful or whatever, but it is and long has been the only technology that can actually truly fix the fossil fuel/energy crisis and get us close to net zero carbon emissions if not sequestering... and huge data centers are the inverse of that
