It is a very true and sad fact. Unthinkable, a year ago.

It was just a few weeks ago that I observed the United States, having launched a massive effort to seed liberal democracy in Arab countries starting merely 20-odd years ago, now runs its government like an grubby Arab monarchy. I suppose government censorship is an extension of that.
