And yes, I know that an example she used of stupid bureaucracy is “naming things that are special about my kid”, which is very bad, but so much parenting is spending time on your computer, by yourself, to schedule meetings that also don’t involve your kids directly

Now the issues come up like “what if this does work” and “what if this does work so well that everyone uses it and it turns everything into Ticketmaster”, but “something that can handle my kids calendar and paperwork” is not a sign you hate your children

So you want umpires who make every call by the book that also should just let small things go if they think the game is close
