While it’s probs a tad early to judge whether the modestly-named “Amol Rajan Connection” will be a success – given YouTube’s bias towards established platforms – @brokenbottleboy.bsky.social has here written most of the things I’ve been thinking in relation to Rajan’s post-BBC self-adoration crusade

Dudley was unceremoniously dumped from his role in Reform for saying the deadly blaze, which led to the deaths of 72 people, was a “tragedy” but that “everyone dies in the end”. He’s now welcomed back as if he’s never been away.

🔴 NEW 🔴 Simon Dudley was apparently sacked by Reform in April after making - in the words of Farage - “shocking” comments about Grenfell. Now, just a few months later, it seems he’s back in the fold

I'm not sure declaring war on the RNLI is a well-thought out strategy. My fellow supporters overlap with National Trust, WI, RSPB and the biggest faith communities on these islands in the conviction that we will put our bodies on the line before we let this stand.

One of Reform’s defences over the Verbatim sting is that Dan Jukes, Farage’s right-hand man, was a private contractor with multiple clients so wasn’t working on behalf of the party. Tenuous though that defence is, it’s also funny that one of Jukes’s clients in recent years has been… Michelle Mone

Burnham’s response to the Manchester City story may have been iffy, but wait until Farage gets asked about it - his party is in bed with the UAE… and he knows nothing about football

Not to be pedantic but Christopher Harborne has already given £25 million to Reform and Ben Delo £8 million. So the figure isn’t £72 million - it’s £105 million.

As their former Head of Policy put it, on the recent Channel 4 expose, "We just don't have British resident donors that would support us ... That's the grim reality".
