BREAKING: In a blistering order, Judge Hinderaker details how the Trump admin only has done anything in the case of Ahmed Soliman when ordered to do so. As such, he now orders DOJ to address each of the 11 steps he sees as being needed to bring Soliman back to the U.S.

The new filing by the 3 media orgs re continued violation of J. Kelly's order: note this could result in Judge Kelly finding CIVIL contempt, which should not be subject to a Trump pardon, and its sole purpose is to coerce compliance with the ct order and can include daily mounting fines and jail.

Before midnight, DOJ told Judge Kelly the press ban of CNN, MSNow, Politico is based on their National Security reporting. But examples are core First Amendment protected reporting. First howler: WH says it is b/c POLITICO reported GOP Convention was a political disaster.
