Trump and his DOJ are a band of abusers. But, every time Comey's name comes up, I get upset about what Comey did on October 28, 2016. Comey breached the protocol, broke all the rules and, as result, was instrumental in placing Putin's asset in our White House.

On Deadline White House I thought it was said James Comey waived his right to a grand jury indictment of a felony, based on this reporting that appears not to be the case.

Just heard on another show, James Comey did not sign a waiver to allow him to be indicted without having a grand jury vote to indict him. Very dumb, like Andrew Weissmann and others are now saying.
