The UK version of “Project 2025” by the Reform party includes a British ICE, a concentration camp for 24,000 people, mass surveillance and withdrawing from refugee, anti-torture and anti-trafficking conventions. It’s on their website. That’s how comfortable fascists are in the UK today.

Aside from being bad for artists, the automoderation being so erratic is bad for users too. When something gets tagged as "adult" it can be anything from a bikini pic to full on whatever it is. I'm not asking for no moderation or even no automods, but can we at least have a bit of consistency?

I'm having a rough go of it lately, and have been thinking: everyone is going through something, and you have no idea what it is, or how it's affecting them. Quote post this is if you're going through something, and maybe we'll all realize that we aren't as alone as we feel right now.

I owe an apology to George Lucas. It turns out Jar Jar getting an esteemed role for which he is wildly unqualified in a fascist government was actually the most realistic thing in the prequels.

Posted the above as an example (it's not really adult content, just a recent image I had handy to test it out). I selected "suggestive" from the list of labelling options, and it shows as "adult content" in the banner. I think it'd be more helpful if the banner showed "suggestive content" instead

I wish the BlueSky content filter distinguished between "suggestive" and "adult" content in the hidden content banner. When you see that banner it could be hiding anything from a bikini pic to full on porn. I'd rather know which one I might get before clicking to show.

As I don't live in America I didn't know what Section 504 was. As soon as I looked it up I was horrified. As a person living with a disability the very idea of removing protections from disabled people anywhere is sickening.

If you live in: ● Alaska ● Alabama ● Arkansas ● Florida ● Georgia ● Indiana ● Iowa ● Kansas ● Louisiana ● Missouri ● Montana ● Nebraska ● South Carolina ● South Dakota ● Texas ● Utah ● West Virginia You should be SCREAMING at your state's Attorney General to drop the case. dredf.org/protect-504/

DOGE supposedly wants to strip 2 trillion out of the budget. Did you know that you could save 1.8 trillion dollars annually if you closed all the tax loopholes that the likes of Elon Musk and the rest of the mega-rich abuse to make sure they don't have to pay their fair share?
