And last but certainly not least is Danica! This girl typically stays at the back of her kennel where she knows that she's safe. But yesterday, one of our great volunteers took her on an outing and she did great! Once she learns she can trust you, she has a lot of love to give.

Next is Kilo! This good boy was extra shy when he first came to us. While he can still be pretty nervous around new people, he has made excellent progress with our animal support team! Turns out the fastest way to his heart is with a bit of cheese. 🧀

We have THREE more dogs to show you for Adopt A Shelter Dog Month! First up is Chichi. This 6-year-old Boxer mix likes zooming around and exploring her surroundings. Our staff and volunteers have fallen in love with her goofiness and her charm—not to mention her adorable ears!
