China’s AI bubble has already burst. Its AI-heavy STAR50 index has fallen 40%, wiping out $480B. Some Chinese AI chip companies have lost half their value. Even after the crash, the index still trades at 100x earnings, down from nearly 250x. In comparison, the Nasdaq 100 trades at around 30x.

It's cool seeing Brazil become a reference against the far-right, but you can't focus exclusively on online strategies. Lula also had politics that engaged people: he banned online gambling, reduced work hours, improved wages, defended public healthcare, etc. You don't mobilize masses on centrism.

The biggest single difference between effective (which I qualify as successful, prolific, with smooth production) & less effective (can still be successful but at much higher financial, emotional & social cost) is directors who say to themselves "it's not what I had in mind. But does it work?"

In addition to all the reasons others have pointed out why this is stupid, it’s also a great example of how AI users have no respect for creation as a process, as iteration. That friction and struggle they want to remove is figuring out what the thing actually is, not your ‘idea’.

Me parece demencial que un estudio creativo como Arkane Studios se tenga que dedicar a buscar un comprador para no tener que cerrar en lugar de estar haciendo Dishonored 3. Llevo meses con la sensación de que después de GTA VI se acaban los videojuegos tal y como los hemos conocido hasta ahora.
