cynical take - 1mil at 70USD is 70 mil. chop off 30% for platform fees, now we're 49mil. Assume the publisher is 100% recoup, that's 9 mil. Then the split after... let's be GENEROUS and say 50/50. Final income for 1mil sales is: * $4.5mil for studio * $44.5mil for pub * $21mil for platform holders

I'm so tired of decomps receiving the attention they've been getting. Call me a gatekeeper, selfish, whatever you want. I will happily try to support anyone who wants to get into decompiling GC/Wii games. The people I'm complaining about aren't and won't, and I don't want to hear from them anymore.
