This is one of the most insane things I have ever photographed. A large supercell formed around twilight after an already long afternoon of storms. It dropped 2-3" hail and appeared to have dropped a tornado in the dark (though it is tough to confirm) Near Boyero, CO June 8, 2026 #COWX

Film you’ve watched more than six times with a gif. Hard mode: no Star Trek, Star Wars, LOTR, Marvel, Disney or Ghibli.

Chaysefox's roommate needs some help to cover rent, as they try and deal with the passing of our friend. I know times are rough for everyone right now, but if you're able to spare some money then please consider sending them a little help. Reposts appreciated. Thank you. 💙 gofund.me/30af9e5f3

Looks like it's going to be a Niño of all time

Kim Wood@drkimwood.bsky.social

Well, here we are again, needing to expand the y-axis range... this time for recent Niño 3.4 SST values. 😩 (There should be a blue dot at the end of the blue line showing the latest daily SST value. It's not visible because it's, well, off the chart.)

Republicans are already "socialists" in all the worst ways. Big military, a surveillance police state, locked down borders, regulation of what you can do with your body, secret police kidnapping people left and right, endless foreign wars. The list goes on. It's time to vote them out.

I don't usually talk about this stuff here but this election could stop a lot of pain at home and around the world. Please show up. And better yet: find ways to get more involved. Volunteer. Write and call your reps relentlessly. Be engaged. Anyway. That's all. Back to coyote nonsense now.

JK one more thing, when I say get involved, I also mean activist organizations, support them, be a part of them.

People trying to paint Dems as akin to Stalin, when the current admin is the one building gulags, is fucking special shit. As if Medicare for All and support for Labor is what tips us past the edge into an authoritarian nightmare? Get real. Register. Vote. End this bullshit.

Cosplay showcase - Charlie & Cathy from Saint Greaver's ERSATZ - Trench Dogs I love Ersatz and the Trench Dogs short moved me so much, I was inspired to do fanart in the form of a cosplay. #ersatz #cosplay Some video stills, you can see the costume in motion on my insta/tiktok!

I know a vegan, non-alcoholic "pisco-less" sour sounds like something with all the fun and joy removed from it but I promise you this was amazing lol Like 1:1 lemon juice and water, a few splashes of aquafaba, ice, and agave to sweeten. Blended. Creamy as hell and super tasty

Fixed a bit of a complex bike problem today. Funny what a little disassembly and degreaser will do.

I was a (min wage) paid canvasser for an environmental organization. Turns out, I sucked at asking people for money and they cut me loose after two weeks. It also just sucked as a job.
