My answer to the first is that if in 2193 the court has 517 members, it'll be a lot harder to divvy them up into perfect Democratic and Republican votes. At some point personal quirks will reach equilibrium.

I just need to know there is a plan for after the elections when he denies all the results due to the fact he is really so popular that dems could not possibly have won so many elections and therefore they are all void.

I haven’t seen anything that inclines me to think the gop is trying to win an election. They don’t intend to do anything other than simply not accept the results. Likely by not seating winners and something to the effect of we’ll just keep the current people in office another term or two.
