Every Dem that voted yes needs to be primaried, along with the centrist Dems. We need don't need 'bipartisanship' with fascists. We need fighters. Push the party to the left. The actual left, not what usually passes for it in the US.

My record on Palestine speaks for itself. I’m proud of it. One of the strongest in Congress. I throw down for pro-Palestine candidates. Largely unrecognized work. That’s fine. Disagreements are fine, too. But if you want to toss all that for 1 half assed MTG stunt, be my guest. I know where I stand.

I see the misinformation machine is kicking up to support Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Israel amendment. Advocates have a responsibility to be clear about what legislation does and doesn’t do. Her amendment did NOT cut off offensive aid to Israel. We shouldn’t pretend it does. My statement on it:

When Ezra Klein told Jon Stewart about out-of-control regulations ruining Biden's rural broadband program, the clip went viral, with Elon Musk’s help. But the story wasn’t true—and the telecom monopolies who were the real saboteurs are still laughing. washingtonmonthly.com/2025/07/09/t...

washingtonmonthly.comThe Broadband Story Abundance Liberals Like Ezra Klein Got Wrong | Washington MonthlyEzra Klein and abundance liberals blame red tape for broadband delays. But the real story behind Biden’s BEAD program is far more complicated.

Definitely not beating the 'controlled opposition' claims. "Haunt them for years?" I doubt any of them will suffer for it. Not in the polls, not in their bank accounts (all they really care about), and not in their nonexistent conscience. Schumer's a senile idiot that has no business in politics.

Progressives get steamrolled all the time in Congress. We are an outnumbered bloc, especially on matters of defense. Shouldn’t be hard. They know this isn’t “lefty” opposition. It is BROAD opposition from the American people across the board. The numbers show that. That’s why they’re pushing it.

I support the US garment industry. I don't believe in making life harder for immigrants or erecting blanket tariffs. So how can we reshore some of our US garment manufacturing without xenophobia or protectionism? Here's my view. 🧵

I, for one, welcome the “abundance” fight. It shows the left can fight Trumpism while wrestling with how we can be better than we’ve been. I have no interest in “actually the government has been doing great” liberalism.
