I know it’s sorta cheesy but someone posted this from Paris on Reddit and I felt this immediate rush of hope

you know, it's kinda beautiful how the whole "everyone sees you differently" also applies to fictional characters its really cool how everyone can have a different interpretation of the same dude no matter how they're portrayed

In the Mario Teaches Typing games, Mario never criticizes the player for underperforming and tries to be understanding and supportive. According to Charles Martinet, that was his initiative, as he felt being negative would go against the core principles of Mario's character.
