It's been exactly a year since PPE Medpro missed the deadline to pay our NHS back for the £200m squandered on unusable PPE during Covid. Not a single penny has been recovered and Michelle Mone who referred MedPro, is still sitting (and getting paid) in the House of Lords. WHY?

Sainsbury's has posted an annual profit of £1.02bn. It current has 10,000 young people working for free, paid by you. With £1.02bn it could hire 105,905 people aged 18-20 for 16 hours a week all year. Why not MAKE the scumbags hire instead of giving them free workers?

I had to argue this evening that a policeman is just as capable of doing his job without a tie than one that used to wear one. What on earth!

Interested to know more on this. Likelihood? Impacts? Maybe a topic for @mrjamesob.bsky.social @lbc.co.uk

8) Ukrainians here on visa schemes have no route to Indefinite Leave to Remain; not even after ten years. So they will eventually have to leave the country. This is about 200,000 people that would need to leave. Potentially around the same time as each other if the Russian invasion ends.

The United States is now officially allied with Vladimir Putin and Russia. We will fund Russia’s genocidal war machine in exchange for Putin helping Trump and the Republican Party in the midterms. One of the most shameful and disgusting days in the history of this Republic.

Great work by the Tech Bros. They managed to trash their own reputations and that of their products in a matter of years. Techno Optimism to Techno Nihilism and it’s all down to Musk, Zuckerberg, Altman and the rest.

It's always pensions and benefits and things for you that are unaffordable Never billionaires, never war, never MP's expenses. Let me tell you the richest 1% in the UK gain more wealth every year than the entire cost of the NHS and Pensions for everybody That's what is unaffordable

It would be a shame if people were to buy RNLI Christmas cards then post them without a stamp to Reform's freepost address: Reform UK Freepost RTLT-ZXHY-KSDC 83 Victoria Street London SW1H OHW So that Reform pays the postage to get the RNLI card that helps the charity. Don't do that, will you?

"Dear Diary, £72 million in 48 hours! It sounds a lot, but it's peanuts compared to what they'll make when I keep my promise to slash capital gains tax on crypto assets from 24% to 10% and set up a Bank of England Bitcoin Reserve Fund"
