I like pitching things that never get made. So to expand on that I think Looney Tunes and the insanity of silver age comics is a solid connection to make. They can already do anything so why take it seriously? Make it a power scalers nightmare. Why are we even giving them powers?

ClayFace was genuinely really good. The way they show him using his powers is great. It's not a Surf Dracula. He's full supervillain in this. I wouldn't say it's as good as Penguin. But it's not far off. I got the same feeling of really wanting Batman to fight his guy. Okay, now never do this again.
