The Department of Energy announces $5 billion loan to support modernizing and increasing the capacity of nuclear plants in Illinois, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. Its includes all six of the nuclear plants in Illinois! Honestly, shocked by this www.energy.gov/articles/ene...

NEW: buried in anthropic's hefty ipo documents released yesterday is an interesting admission: the company's increasing reliance on dirty gas to power its data centers is actually exposing it to financial risk wrote about it for @wired.com www.wired.com/story/anthro...

Fun fact: KABOOM (the org from Parks and Rec that builds playgrounds) is REAL and we are actually partnering with them this week!!!! Help us build a playground in Evanston this Thursday! KAPOW!! 💥 volunteer.kaboom.org/opportunity/...

BRAZIIIILLLLLLLL HOW WE FEELIN

i’ve been working on art all day and i simultaneously love and hate that for me

anyone else feel like this

AI is an inherently oppressive invention because it is designed to completely separate labor from the means of production. The result is soulless slop with nothing worth saying and hard-working devs left out in the cold.

Funny story: I scoured YouTube to find footage of Jin-tae's voice lines but could not find any because no player has gotten close enough to hear the VO lines. Death is certain at close proximity. 😆🔥 If you happened to hear Jin-tae and have footage, please send it to me - I'd appreciate it! 💪🙏😆

✨ DIRECTORIAL DEBUT ✨ I have the honor of being one of the VO directors of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 사. It's an immense honor. One that will mark a significant forward-step in my career. Thank you for taking a chance on me, giving me a shot, and allowing me to contribute.

In addition to my work as a VO director and Korean consultant, I also voiced one of the lieutenants in the DMZ, JIN-TAE. 🔥 Big thank-you to Hari for wonderful direction, everyone at Infinity Ward, Rebound Sound, Activision, and Vox for having me. 🙏❤️ Now, come fight me if you dare. 😈 #mw4

sigh….i just discovered The Basement Yard. i can’t do this. this is gonna end with me laughing and crumpling over mid-deadlift next time im at the gym

Hey Scottish voice actors! If you're interested in auditioning for this, DM me for the deets!

VERY excited to have been able to hop into FEVer Dreams as some NPCs, intercom voices, & archive recordings! HUGE thank you to @kinggathcreations.bsky.social @fallout.bethesdastudios.com and my agents at Atlas for trusting me to be part of this! ☢️💥 (psst—it’s free & Courtenay Taylor’s back! ♥️)

If you've got a professional account on Instagram switch it to a personal account before the 30th, or Facebook is going to essentially have full licence rights to everything you put on there 🤷

If this passes, this could be the most important piece of consumer protection in the digital age.

i can’t fathom buying frivolous/purposeless things apparently so my answer is: eyelash extensions for the rest of my life all my other answers were “a defunct summer camp to turn into a year round Covid safe voice actor commune” “a garage for a nice private gym my neighbors can use for free” bla bla

i am stuck on my Jane print ugh i gotta get better at painting different fabrics in weird lighting

voice acting isn’t usually spooky, but in a session yesterday, the engineer’s computer played two random audio files without being prompted, one of which said “I am going to rest now.” then, he got a static shock from his desk, which made one of his monitors turn off 👻

If you don't have an adblocker installed, install three now. I use ublock origin, noscript, Adblock, and privacy badger

A dream come true to voice Uki in Avatar: Seven Havens! 🔥 When I came to my first session and got to see the character art, I was blown away. Not only to be entering a universe I’ve loved for so long, but to be a firebender and to join the ranks of firebenders before me like Zuko, Azula and Mako.
