After weeks of fires and smoke in and around Spokane, Washington, I made it to Gearhart, Oregon to find fresh air.

There are at least three fires in and around the city. Large parts of Spokane are under Level 3 evacuation orders, which read: "Leave NOW! This may be your only notice."

The only news I read is when it does not say, “Trump says”.
