Sorry still thinking of $1,200-$1,800 dollar console just conceptually. Those are Real Computer numbers. You can just get a real computer for that kinda cash. The entire premise of the console is “this is a baby computer you don’t control but it’s standardized and affordable” but they can’t do that.

I do wish video game people had less affection for studio names and more familiarity with people’s names. I feel it does BioWare a disservice to collapse the entire studio to what it was in 2010

Good news: I've been playing Doom 3 on and off for months and I finally installed a mod that fixes the shotgun. Bad news: The game picks up that I modded the game and disables achevements, and earning the achivments is part of why I'm playing it at all. Now I gotta decide what I care about more 😭

Just did a 6 day stretch of work, the last 4 of which started at 3am, and I'm finally off today. Been watching the Kinda Funny Top 100 games finally while at work and I'm on the final day right now. Just looking at my own top 100 while listening and just overwhelmed with appreciation for the medium.

I like this game despite not having played a WHOLE lot of it. If you liked Whiplash from the PS2 era and wanted something brighter and even more crass, this definitely hits and is absolutely worth 6 quarters.
