Duff’s had enough.

When my dad, Duff the elder, was 14 he started a movie scrapbook. It’s only two pages but it looks like he had a couple great weeks in the summer of 1958. Back then, he and his friends would hop on the trolley or bus to downtown Hagerstown and spend the day at the movies. 🧵

I don't know where to begin with a favorite performance, but when this came out I couldn't stop listening to it. I had it on loop in the BG for days while I drew bc the sheer adrenaline pumping joy and mania of his voice was crack. That little cackle he does at the six second mark. I just love it

My heart is heavy. Walter Koenig, our Ensign Pavel Chekov, passed away early today. Walter and I met on the bridge of the Enterprise in the 1960s, and we stayed friends for nearly six decades. When Brad and I married in 2008, Walter stood beside us as our best man.

RIP Richard Riehle. The American character actor was in Office Space, Bridesmaids, Casino, Quantum Leap, The Fugitive. Richard Riehle has also appeared in several Star Trek series (TNG, Voyager, Enterprise), The Man From Earth (2007), and Wing Commander IV: The Price of Freedom (1996). He was 78.
