Hi, everyone. Unfortunately, things have gotten a little worse. Something happened to my sciatic nerve, so I won’t be able to work the night shifts. I’ve been prescribed a course of treatment and some tests. So I really need some commissions for a while. Thanks for your help!

Hi, everyone. I need your help!!! I REALLY need some commissions — it’s an emergency. I’ll take on any projects, including illustrations of two characters. Send me a DM with any questions—I’ll reply.

Hall of Echoes - for Magic: The Gathering's Reality Fracture This painting took me quite some time to wrap my head around. The description my art director Sarah Wassell sent me was very abstract and hard to visualize, but I'm very happy with how this turned out in the end.

Just putting it out there, but if you're in a situation where you need to plug and unplug something from the back of a monitor or TV or tower or whatever regularly, consider putting a raised sticker above the port that you use if it's not in a position where you can just easily look at the port

Hey instead of making all of your citizens jump through Hoops™ with age verification bullshit, how about instead you go after the fuckfaces running the companies and fine them into oblivion if they don't clean up their act? Just an idea, idk.

The bloc wants to curb Big Tech’s grip on children with its new EU KIDS ACTS, but age checks, parental oversight, and privacy concerns could make its plan difficult to implement. www.wired.com/story/the-eu...

«Most trans people aren’t trans, they are seriously mentally ill, and so are you» This is what my primary care doctor told me when I first came out, citing his wife, a PhD student at the national gender clinic. Now, having been found guilty of misconduct, all her work is being retracted ⬇️

Retraction Watch@retractionwatch.com

Five researchers at Norway’s national gender incongruence clinic are appealing a university committee’s finding they committed “gross negligence” and scientific misconduct after the group published studies using the medical records of more than 1,000 minors.

Norwegians should worry about how the Norwegian data protection authority keeps on warning against things the minister of digitization finds unproblematic. Datatilsynet is the subject matter experts on data privacy. Not listening to them is a big deal.

this was my nightmare when releasing PT:STS and is now a brutal reality for this game. The thought of altering one's work, preemptively or retroactively, for the whims of Steam makes me nauseous. we can't keep moving in this direction.

Update: even after we removed the entire sex quest, Steam mis-classifies Future? No Thanks! as pornography, making it invisible to most Steam users and completely geo-locked in Germany. We are currently at Gamescom in Cologne, everybody is asking us why they can't see the PAGE of a Teen rated game.

Also this oral history of the making of cutscenes is a fantastic read. Complete with unexpected appearance by @astrokatie.com and a side discussion of whether there’s capitalism in space?? Everything an oral history should be down to the fantastic kicker.
