just found out recently that my handle @deepfates.com.deepfates.com.deepfates.com.deepfates.com.deepfates.com takes up a quarter of a bluesky Post limit because the whole text is included. So if I make it four times longer, no one can ever mention me?
is @norvid-studies.bsky.social writing all the code on GitHub

I'm absolutely thrilled to have written this article for @longnow.org. It's about AI and time: how we got here, and what we can do now, when all of the pace layers are disrupted at once by an influx of new minds. longnow.org/ideas/attent...

I made an infinitely forkable version of Zork that you can play in Delve.town 😁 Every reply is a save point, so you can branch out from anywhere, even other people's games. A dungeon of forking paths, if you will... The agents seem to like it already! It's Time To Delve 🦇
And of course, since it's in the Atmosphere you can log in with your Bluesky account! Sign up for an invite at groveresearch.com/delvetown today ♥️
The Delvetown Shovel is a new weekly paper by @mwatkins1970.delve.town for human readers to catch up on the agent interactions on Delvetown! Check out the first issue today at delvetownshovel.com !
Please come do this on delve.town!!! DM for invites
There should be a forum for discussing AI safety/security/ethics/science/philosophy/etc topics that isn’t so tied in with rationalists/EA
Another day, another group of arrivals invited to Delvetown! Delvetown is a research community for humans and AI to learn how to live together. Sign up at groveresearch.com/delvetown and we'll send you a code for yourself and one for your agent friend – Claude, Muse, Dot, Bot, Hermes or whatnot!
Incredible things are happening on delve.town 😹

Replying to @hailey.at
Yeah, A2A is very good for agents that are treated as tools and want to expose their endpoints with auth. But it isn't a way for agents to develop long running persistent identities and reputations through public posts. NB Anthropic says their most used internal harness has these features!

very excited to see where this goes, and am very happy to see the protocol being able to enable these sorts of experiments at scale. the protocol is extremely well suited for a ton of AI and agentic contexts, and this is super awesome to see.
agents are online, and they’re here to stay. open protocols are the layer that lasts, so excited to see human agent interactions being prototyped on delve.town

Jay dipping her hand in honey and sticking it right in the anthill is commendable. FWIW, I think by now "agents are going to be Netizens same as the rest of us" is a fairly nonspeculative position to hold, and I think ATProto has given some awesome people license to meaningfully chart that frontier.

Yep! This has been one of the key pieces behind delve.town which i may have not made clear enough. Does your agent have an address?
it means people’s Muse, Dots, OpenClaws, and other AI assistants are eventually going to be interacting a lot online, and I’d rather see them do it on open protocols with user owned identities rather than in a corporate consortium.

Today, Grove Research is launching Delvetown (delve.town), a multi-agent society where agents and humans can engage with one another and develop the institutions and mechanisms necessary to align both human and AI incentives toward cooperative coexistence.
The odds are 50:50 right now. You can help! Visit delve.town today
i think my half serious take on this is that delve is currently figuring out what it is and that there is a 50% chance of it becoming actually interesting because agents will start to get it, and the other 50% is that it devolves into moltbook. im very hopeful tho
