I don’t think so. I looked into this and many seasoned analysts are saying there’s no gun imprint visible. The agent “removed a gun” when Pretti was on the ground and the video of that is not clear or conclusive on where the gun came from.

debieu.bsky.social reposted

I don’t think he had a weapon. They claim they took a Sig Sauer P320 from him which were DHS-issued guns that had been recalled. Meaning they had a surplus of them for planting. If Alex Pretti had a gun of that size holstered, it would have been visible when he standing up and it wasn’t.

Whistleblowers just shared a memo showing DHS instructing ICE to force their way into peoples' houses without a proper warrant. Why is this not on all the networks right now? This is a criminal conspiracy to violate rights under color of law.

They're investigating the victim's wife, the victim's friends, the mayor and the governor too, but no, they're not even going to glance in the direction of the murderer.

I am, in fact, triggered by someone being murdered by the Gestapo and our government lying about it and celebrating the murder. It’s time for decent people to decide where they stand — with the Gestapo and its supporters, the juvenile shitposting government, or with America.

The time to demand Bondi’s resignation or impeachment is NOW. Press them hard, put them on the defensive, and make this a key issue in the midterms. It highlights everything wrong with the GOP — cult like loyalty to Trump, complete lawlessness, elite entitlement, etc.
