Can Susan Collins point to a single deciding vote she’s made on any key piece of legislation or confirmation against Trump? No, she cannot. Her rare votes against are intentionally meaningless to fool Maine voters.
White House Press Secretary Katie Zacharia nods along on Fox & Friends as Rachel Campos-Duffy blasts that "ingrate Zelenskyy who keeps blowing up refineries and making things more complicated for the president ahead of the midterms"
People are falling for the DSA vs Establishment trap again. Didn’t we learn our lesson in 2016 and 2024?
It’s the establishment’s job to build a coalition that can win EVERYWHERE. In some places, that means ultra-progressive. In others, it means establishment.
The tent is big enough for all of us.
We should consider developing a standing body of government officials who are trained in diplomacy and can be sent around the world to negotiate the interests of the USA, so the president doesn't have to send his grifting son-in-law, who doesn't have any skills or training or government clearances.
Jared Kushner, President Trump's son-in-law, held a rare meeting with Hamas leadership Sunday in Egypt, in a new diplomatic effort to make progress in the stalled Gaza ceasefire. n.pr/4zle6kh
Blanche should be blocked for IRS/slush fund AND
- targeting Comey, James, Hearn, Powell, Walz, Frey, MOCs
- Epstein
- payouts to Flynn, Page, Babbitt, Vaughn
- rejecting ethics advice to recuse from Trump cases
- “war” on judiciary
- “cleaning house” of DOJ personnel who worked on Trump cases
Not that we didn't know this already but having ICE - whose jurisdiction has absolutely NOTHING to do with elections - investigate voter fraud gives away the game. ICE is no longer a legal entity bound by laws and norms, it's Trump's personal force, focusing on whatever he wants.
NEW: DHS plans to pay Thomson Reuters $125 million for access to its databases which includes peoples’ names, addresses, Social Security numbers, ethnicity, social media posts, and geolocation information — to help ICE investigate “voter fraud”, according to documents reviewed by 404 Media.
Tear down all the monuments, rip out all the gold, rename the airports, put roses in the fucking rose garden. That's the platform I vote for. Hard-core radiation therapy for the whole country, and erase this bullshit so we can restart as cleanly as possible.
All of Trump's policies have been--to one degree or another--inflationary
War: inflationary
Deficit: inflationary
Tariffs: inflationary
Politicizing the Fed/loose money advocacy: inflationary
Immigration: inflationary
Cuts to renewables: inflationary
Corruption: inflationary
🩸🩸🩸 I'm going to post this video every day so we never forget what the 34x POS convicted felon who incites political violence, adjudicated rapist & pedophile Trump did on J6 🩸🩸🩸
How come when Congressional Democrats do something folks don't like, it's the "Democratic Party," but when Congressional Republicans do something folks don't like, it's "Congress"?
The country is at war and energy prices are spiking and all he can talk about is his precious ballroom. He knows more about the construction and detail details of this white elephant than he does about the people that are overseas fighting right now.
It’s been months and Donald Trump and Tulsi Gabbard are still changing their stories about what she was doing at the raid of a local election facility.
There's a twisted cosmic symmetry to both Putin and Trump getting themselves embroilled in endless costly conflicts they're too proud to extracate themselves from, which they failed to warn their allies they'd be fighting, and which they baselessly assumed would be easy victories won within days.
WARNER: You omitted a paragraph about Midnight Hammer 'obliterating' Iran's nuclear capability that's in your written report from your oral opening
GABBARD: I recognized the time was running long
WARNER: So you chose to omit the parts that contradicts the president
Marco Rubio hanging out with Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio at the "Shield of the Americas" event, in case you were still thinking it had some sort of legitimate purpose
POLL: “Dems' real problem isn't being too liberal — it's being seen as too weak… The path to 2026 doesn’t run through the center. It runs through the fight.” www.gelliottmorris.com/p/new-poll-d...
Q: Can you assure the public that Trump, like every other prominent person whose name came up in the Epstein files, that all docs, photos, and anything relevant to him is being released?
BLANCHE: I mean, yes. I can assure we complied with the statute and did not protect President Trump
If this is what they do when they're out on the street with people pointing cameras at them, what do you think is happening inside the ICE prison camps that they keep denying Members of Congress access to?
Yesterday, America spoke. They do not like Donald Trump’s chaos.
We will keep fighting his cost-spiking policies and build a more affordable Virginia for all.
Have you ever, in your entire life, had a 46-day paid vacation?
House Republicans are enjoying that right now while millions of families struggle to make ends meet without a paycheck.
This is your reminder that millions of Americans will lose food benefits this weekend because Trump is refusing to tap his emergency fund.
Kids will go to school hungry because of this cruelty.
I don’t understand why there’s not wall-to-wall coverage of the fact that House Republicans are on a 5-WEEK TAXPAYER-FUNDED VACATION… while working families wonder if they’ll lose SNAP benefits.
Certiorari "before judgment" is how #SCOTUS takes up a full appeal *before* the intermediate federal courts have heard it.
It used to be exceedingly rare. For instance, there wasn't a *single* grant of such expedited review b/w August 2004 & February 2019.
This is the *23rd* such grant since then.
#BREAKING: Over dissents from Justices Sotomayor, Kagan & Jackson, #SCOTUS grants a stay in the Slaughter case (allowing President Trump to remove the last Dem member of the FTC), *and* grants certiorari "before judgment" to decide whether to formally overrule its 1935 ruling in Humphrey's Executor.
Bash: "Do you believe in free speech?"
Sen. Markwayne Mullin: "Absolutely I believe in free speech...There's a thin line between free speech and when it crosses a line and causes violence. When you start calling someone 'fascist'...there is a problem."
Hakeem Jeffries voted for Charlie Kirk Day but still isn’t sure if he’ll endorse Zohran Mamdani. This is why the approval rating of the Democratic Party is lower than Trump’s or the GOP.
Musk is in pickle. He’s a one-man right-wing disinformation bot. But he wants to win the AI wars (or at least benefit insanely from AI). His right-wing fanboys are demanding disinformation from his AI. Which would make for crap AI.
KAINE: “You didn’t call any of the families. They learned about it from the press.”
@sentimkaine calls out @petehegseth for not having the courtesy to call the families of the 🇺🇸 soldiers whose names he’s stripping from military bases to put the names of Confederate generals back.
If you think this moment is about one politician or one press conference, you’re missing the point.
This is about speaking up for every single American and fighting for our constitutional rights.
Las Vegas police immediately arrest two livestreamers when one of them insults an officer after an anti-ICE protest ("honor your oath, bitch"). "You need to learn there's rules: don't run your mouth at me."
They wanted max cruelty. Shock and awe for the cameras. But all they did was traumatize a bunch of poor kids who’ll never forget it.
An L.A. mom, US citizen, watched as unmarked vehicles rolled up. Masked, heavily armed ICE agents, guns drawn. And Cosplay Kristi Noem right there playing warlord!
Donald Trump’s director of national intelligence fed the JFK files into an AI program, asking it to see if there was anything that should remain classified.

Tanks are being brought into DC for the Mad King’s big Soviet-style birthday parade a week from today. If this isn’t your vision of America, find a local demonstration to join next Saturday.
