Former Methodist here It's this kind of creed I've carried with me after leaving religion and magical belief systems. Here's the rub: no one needs any gods for this. Human problems require human solutions. While we can't stop the problem of flooding, we can control flooding infrastructure.

Maybe this is just a phase they're going through. I just cannot accept their lifestyle. They shouldn't be acting that way in public. How am I suppose to explain this to my children? We need to make laws to keep them from grooming our children with their weird ways.

500K Mexican-Americans served in the U.S. armed forces in WWII, as did millions of 1st and 2nd-gen immigrants, and 109K noncitizens. Mexican immigrant Macario Garcia won the Medal of Honor in Normandy. When he returned to the US, he was was arrested for trying to eat at a segregated restaurant.
