There are only two explanations for the NYT's habit of presenting GOP operatives and donors as true swing voters: 1. Their reporters and editors are somehow incapable of running a simple Google searches, showing just a staggering level of journalistic incompetence 2. They want to the GOP to win

Eight months ago, we learned that Howard Lutnick blatantly lied to the public about his personal and business ties with Jeffrey Epstein, who raped children. So why is Lutnick still Commerce secretary? Because telling lies and befriending child molesters make him a good fit in the Trump regime.

The time to determine whether Dan J. Sullivan Jr. could appear on the Alaska ballot for U.S. Senate was months ago, and Alaska courts did so. What's additionally batshit about this is that the candidates' names are printed on the ballot in a way which makes abundantly clear who's who.

What weird #BrokenTimes willful political naivete here, treating the politics it takes to both win office and get things done there as hypocrisy. I see it as more testament to how good he is. I guess bothsidesing is OK in journalism, not in politics. www.nytimes.com/2026/10/22/u...

Ramaswamy has produced an attack ad weaponizing the rape of his opponent, Amy Acton, when she was 12 years old. It features Acton’s mother, who abandoned Acton after she was raped by her step-father, fleeing the state with her husband. Here is the corporate money helping fund that ad.

Just been such a revolution in my worldview to realise that people like Musk actually believe this, this isn't just the nonsense they feed the rubes so they can do coldly rational mercantile calculations in smokey rooms among themselves. No. It's rubes all the way down, they're that stupid.

That Vivek Ramaswamy ad drives home the point that Republican politicians think rape – even the rape of children – is no big deal. That disgusting ad is fully consistent with Republicans covering up the Epstein files.

You love to see it.

If Trump’s approval continues to decline at a linear rate, you’d basically exhaust independents around -30% (spring 2027) and beyond that the decline would be entirely among Republicans. We should know by say Easter-Memorial Day 2027.
