There has been an extraordinary effort to get low propensity voters to cast ballots this election and it appears to be working. 42% of the voters in Harris County TX yesterday skipped at least one of the last three elections. And you can see that number is growing daily.

UPDATE: The DOJ is asking a federal appeals court to reject California's motion to dismiss their lawsuit stopping state election officials from counting tens of thousands of ballots. The request comes just hours before oral arguments in the case are set to begin.
