I don't think I've ever noticed a lack of compelling controller rumble in a game until Galactic Racer. It's still hella fun but I'd love a patch to improve that feature.

centrist dems be like “we have bold, serious, inspiring policy proposals” and it’s literally fucking taxpayer subsidized car loans

Third Way@thirdway.bsky.social

More than 10 million Americans take out a used car loan every year, with an average rate of an insane 11.4%. We lower those rates by 4 points with our FHA for Car Loans proposal, saving the typical borrower $6,000 over the life of their loan.

The most infuriating thing about the Kushner/Hasan 1-2 is that it makes obvious the fact that Jeffries doesn't believe that Trump and Republicans represent a grave threat that requires our immediate and undivided focus, despite that being an essentially unanimous belief among his party's voters.

Ben Collins@bencollins.bsky.social

I think it's bad that the Democrats' House leader is having secret chummy meetings with a guy doing a domestic ethnic cleansing operation and funding a genocide abroad, then spending his entire week going on cable news to complain about a lefty Twitch streamer who nobody knows. Sorry for offending.

It’s so funny when people are like “sure you’re an abolitionist now but wait until you’re the victim of a property crime.” Buddy, the most useful thing the police have ever done for property crime is put the form you need to submit to your insurance online.

Whats worse... A single Democratic loss in a statewide race to a right-wing governor? Or a Democratic Party win in Ohio that uses transphobia to get there, teaching dems across the country that this is a new acceptable tactic? The latter results in no party left to fight for us.

RoxyDog@roxydog.bsky.social

I understand your disappointment but why do you want to undermine the Democrat in this race? You think Ramaswamy will have your back? These purity tests are what gave us trump and his Supreme Court.

People, for the love of God, please stop treating birthright as some kind of sweeping victory. It was 5-4 on the constitutional issue. The dissent laid out a fucking ROADMAP for what Trump should do next. The court always gives Trump multiple bites at the apple WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU HAPPY ABOUT?

Dems' "Project 2029" first major policy proposal: an online child safety plan — narrowing Sec. 230, banning social media for kids under 16, promoting phone-free childhoods and more. Already backed by Cory Booker, Mikie Sherrill, Randi Weingarten + Jonathan Haidt. LMAOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

For decades, Republicans have decried any form of a national health system or a unified medical record system for fear of EXACTLY THIS SCENARIO. Absolutely no one is safe if he gets his disgusting paws on these records. NO ONE.

When people say "both parties are the same" this is what they're talking about.

What made the Metaverse so funny is that VR was always destined for Furries and anime avatar weirdos hanging out in an accurate recreation of a Waffle House and any attempt to extend that to normies was destined to fail.

Dominic Tarason@dominictarason.com

One thing I find interesting is that despite seemingly the ENTIRE INDUSTRY trying to kill VR and make it seem as uncool as possible... VRChat has grown almost every month for almost eight years now and is among the top 25 most played things on Steam. Niche? Perhaps, but a big & hungry one.

I'll never forgive Meta for the damage they did to VR (and everything else they have done). Completely killed its momentum as a game medium

Dominic Tarason@dominictarason.com

This video really highlights the weird situation VR gaming is in right now. It's almost impossible for new games to get any time in the spotlight, despite some being REALLY good, and almost every VR-related headline is about Zuckerberg doing something stupid that makes VR seem tragically uncool.
