Working on the art for this game brought me back to reading Hercule Poirot with my mom before bed when i was younger. I am so excited to share this game with her and she is not a rpg player, but I am confident Adam has made a great experience she'll understand as a fan of Agatha Christie's work.

got to play House Edge & i have never seen a tabletop game so perfectly capture that "just one more run" feeling of roguelite video games it's an absolute blast, the writing is delightful, the mechanics are so clever, i immediately was like "ok so can we set up an ongoing campaign" it's SO good!!!

it's the world series so now fox is displaying an AI video of Yandy Diaz mostly shirtless grilling steaks, why the hell would they do this, I was having a nice time before that

the world series is about to begin, he's one of the best pitchers in the world, and in the pre-game interview on fox they gave him some packs of Pokémon cards and said why don't you rip some of these for us

I love Adam's other games Uneasy Lies the Head and Hungry Out of Habit, but I've been looking forward to this one getting a full physical set for years. Adam's games are really smart on the gameplay level but also on the physicality level--these experiences are Designed!!

Not only does this game generate textbook locked room murder mysteries without fail (that surprise even the players) it also has a movement mechanic where the detective bounces around the map screensaver-style, and that's just good game design. Support a great game from a local Pittsburgh designer!!
