#LGM#Mets Did y'all hear that tepid crowd response when they played the "CHARGE!" music? At least on TV it sounded like three people yelled "charge"in the entire stadium. Sorry Cleveland, y'all got NOTHING on Mets fans.
The reporting on this incident is precisely why we NEED a free press and not just stenographers who will ape the talking points that electeds spew forth from their pie holes.
Juan Proaño on the killing of Lorenzo Salgado Araujo:
There were three others with him in that vehicle. Those individuals are now being pressured to sign self-deportation orders. They’re trying to get rid of them as witnesses as well.
ICE claims that Araujo drove into one of their SUVs with his van and then tried to run over an agent.
There were no marks on the van and KHOU11's Jeremy Rogalski found surveillance footage showing ICE chasing Araujo and cutting him off.
Renee Good all over again.
6 months ago, I predicted that the biggest bailout in corporate history was going to be Nadella, Altman, and Dario Amodei,,, and that it would be dressed up as investment/growth.
It's a bailout.
As ICE agents kill more people, it's worth remembering that, according to former members of the agency, this kind of violence isn't a fluke; it's "by design" under Trump.
“They’re essentially operating now in a resource constraint-free environment and doing very dangerous things."
KEY: all three witnesses are being detained apart, and their story is consistent. They say that there were agents along the side of the vehicle but none in front.
When you add the videos showing a lack of evidence of damage to the front despite ICE's ramming claim, ICE's story is falling apart.
All 3 men inside of the van with Lorenzo Salgado Araujo “‘reiterated that there were never any ICE agents in front of the van…They came in and started shooting from the sides.’”

On this day in 1967, the Supreme Court ruled in the landmark Loving v. Virginia case, legalizing interracial marriage across the country. We celebrate love, freedom, and this important moment in the fight for equality today.
Pollitical Cartoonists keep us sane. This gem is from Mike Lukovich. Now we know where they hid the Epstein files.
Trumpy should know we ain't forgetting what he did to all those kids.
Not now, not ever.
Love to invent incredibly unlikely threats, set off a massive war that does serious damage to U.S. interests at obscene fiscal costs to fight that incredibly unlikely threat, then declare victory on a claim that the incredibly unlikely threat now definitely won't happen.

I've been accused in the past of being "a fan of the guilty" in stating my opposition to the death penalty. Aside from being untrue, my opposition is not because I don't want to see justice done. It's because the state is an imperfect institution. To wit:

patiently waiting for our senses to grow sharper.”

Word. My senses have grown a bit sharper on this trip.
Trump says the White House lawn is safe enough for a UFC fight, but somehow too dangerous without his taxpayer-funded ballroom.
That is not security.
That is a grift with chandeliers.

This is stupidity, sure, but even more than that, it shows that #CheetoJesus has no loyalty to our country. His loyalty is to approval ratings and those who heap praise upon him.
Both of Marco Rubio’s parents were born in Cuba. Marco Rubio was born in Miami in 1971, before they became US citizens. He is a US citizen because he was born in the US under birthright citizenship. #Hypocrites
It's been 66 days since agents killed Alex Pretti.
DHS has body-cam footage.
They haven't released it.
66 days and counting.
