If Democrats want to be Republican-lite, voters see right through that and vote for the real thing. AOC is a proud progressive with policies that people like. And, just as important, she’s authentic. People will vote for the real thing with her, too.

It's weird how nobody seems concerned about centrist Democrats alienating young voters—the very group they need to win future elections. 2008: Obama won because of young people. 2016: Hillary lost because young people didn't come out for her. 2020: Biden won because of young people.
