Settings > content and media > following feed preferences to turn off retweets

I'd like to see it across the board. Not just the people you follow. I'm almost always in the DISCOVER tab.

not from everyone, for specific people. like on twitter

why

because some people hit retweet too much

there's some lists here that let's U only read posts by followers and not their retweets (reskeets?)

yeah I mean the ability to turn off retweets for specific people though not all of them

please read the replies before you become the 30th person to tell me you can turn off all the retweets with a custom feed or whatever. i mean turning off retweets for specific people i follow like you can do on twitter

I actually think “like you can do on twitter” should be the baseline for features on here; I know they’re working hard and everything but that should be the aim

i pretty strongly disagree, there are a lot of things twitter does wrong and i think generally if you start from copying it's harder to innovate later
