I should say, we need *at least* the above 2 amendments. We also need to overhaul SCOTUS and create term limits and age limits for *all elected officials, including judges* at any level of government. We also need to *really* outlaw slavery and for-profit prisons and for-profit healthcare.

That's true, but it's a lot more difficult to overcome a law that says once you're 60 you can no longer run for any office. Once you're 60, you have to retire by the next cycle. All Supreme Court appointments only last 12 years. Etc. if you clearly define something, it's a lot harder to defy it.

I think the big flaw is setting a bar of high crimes and misdemeanors for impeachment (though Trump meets it easily). It should be possible to remove a bad leader with a simple vote of no confidence.
