We need 2 amendments. 1 allowing citizen-led recall elections of all federal officials. Another allowing citizen-led ballot initiatives. Congress is just an iron gate to block policy the public wants. We should be able to overrule legislation by a majority vote.

I should say, we need *at least* the above 2 amendments. We also need to overhaul SCOTUS and create term limits and age limits for *all elected officials, including judges* at any level of government. We also need to *really* outlaw slavery and for-profit prisons and for-profit healthcare.
