In the 1980s, PCs were everywhere but productivity gains were nowhere to be found until the 1990s. The internet similarly took years to deliver an economic payoff. This is the Productivity J-Curve. Companies can adopt AI but until they change how they operate, they won’t financially benefit from it

Someone recently said to me that AI means we’re the cows of the future and I had no idea what it meant. I just looked it up and I guess we’re cooked. 😂

You won't see them giving him any recognition, of course.

Nobody hates free speech more than the fascist tech oligarchs who claimed to care about it more than anyone. What an absolute joke. P.S. they also hate democracy. As we hand them control of the country. www.hollywoodreporter.com/news/politic...

Simply existing in this country is so exhausting. Random white boomer-age lady just stopped me and the Hounds on the sidewalk—invaded our space: “Did you really go to Virginia Law School?” (accusatory tone) “I did.” “You didn’t just have the shirt? You went to law school there?” ::blank stare::

Love it when you point out to a 40k+ follower profile that their latest post is wrong, that they used the wrong pictures, and then realize she blocked you out of the blue instead of admitting she was wrong. Even Bluesky has this type of shameful like collectors who are willing to share lies.
