As far as I can tell there’s still a thunderstorm expected to happen in the next couple of hours in Washington DC but Trump has decided that he must give his speech and so has told them to reopen the grounds so people can be outside in a thunderstorm during his speech.

lol okay, here's the revised schedule -- Trump is supposed to speak FIRST. He has said he wants to speak for two hours to prove he can. This speech is planned to start at 11pm EST.

Okay. Now it's an "abbreviated" speech due to the extreme weather, followed by a B1 Lancer flyover (y'know, the stealthy-at-night planes...), and then the poppiest, most biggly firework show, etc etc etc.

"Did you see our planes? The best planes. Of course you didn't, becuase they are so stealthy. The best stealth planes. but they were there. Millions of them. So many."

If there actually is a B-1B flyover, Donnie might be astonished at how non-stealthy that is - it uses ECM to dodge enemy radar, but it's so loud that when one took off from Offutt AFB while I was there in the late '80s, it knocked things off the shelves of a friend's house over a mile away.

Preeeeeeetty sure the marching orders for these hosts were "talk about the amazing crowd size" because they haven't stopped talking about the enormous crowd size. Narrator voice: The crowd is not enormous.
