It is my opinion that it is actually quite easy to find good new music, and the only thing you really need is a sincere intention to seek out new music, and a willingness to listen to new music when it is recommended to you.

Both "Wild Pink" and "Slow Pulp" are bands I learned about in the past week, and I'm enjoying their music quite a bit. Check 'em out!

Wild Pink rules! I'll have to check out Slow Pulp for being mentioned in the same breath 🙂

Slow Pulp is definitely not comparable to Wild Pink, but they're both great. Give 'em a shot. Separately, have you listened to Deer Tick or The Beths? Two other bands in my regular rotation that are different, but might be up your alley.

Also, Wild Pink is playing Toronto in December. Not sure where you're located, but ... just in case this is relevant info.

I'm in KW and I've already got tickets for Wild Pink 😁 but I appreciate the heads up. They're great live. I saw em last time they were in Toronto, at the monarch tavern. Very good show.

I will see you there! (If you see me and choose to say hi.)
